Aftermarket Fusing Belts for Fusing & Laminating Machines

We manufacture aftermarket Fusing Belts from stock to fit any kind of laminator or fusing machine.

Our products are not genuine OEM parts and are aftermarket products. They are made here in our UK based facility to order and are made from high-quality premium grade fabrics. PTFE coated glass cloth forms the base of the belt with an anti-static PTFE coating on the working surface.

We can manufacture any size of fusing or laminator belt to suit any machine on the market. The PTFE coating will work at temperatures up to 260⁰C.

Description

 Fusing Belt – Applications
Used as a heat resistant release belt for bonding and laminating fabric and materials. Usually done with a top and bottom belts.
Features & Benefits
Manufactured to approximately .036mm thick these belts benefit from a high percentage of PTFE coating for maximum release and finish.
Techbelt has the flexibility to make these belts at dimensions to fit any machine on todays market.
