Our sealing bands are made from high performance PTFE coated materials that are specifically designed in house. The belts are made to specifically fit your Bosch heat sealing machine. Please note that the products we manufacture are not genuine OEM parts. We only reference the brand Bosch as a way to inform you the machine make our sealing bands are suited for in terms of size and specification. Our rotary sealing bands are made by taking two plies of our special bronze coloured PTFE coated glass cloth and heat bonding them to create a double layer. The twin layer band means the joint area has a uniform thickness the same as the rest of the belt. The key advantage to this is that there will be no mark off on to the product when the joint area comes in to contact with the product being sealed. Our special bronze bands have a modified PTFE coated surface that has been extensively tested and proven to offer extended life over standard Tefsil 3 2 ply brown bands. Most of the rotary sealing bands on the market today tend to be in brown (Tefsil 3) which does not have the modified surface.

Non-woven materials are often produced in a double belt hot oven system. These systems such, as the ones Fleissner manufacture, use two PTFE mesh belts top and bottom to sandwich polyester fibres together. Techbelt is a supplier of seamless fusing and laminator machine belts that can be woven and coated up to 3200mm in width and 13mtr in circumference. Our products are aftermarket products and not Genuine OEM parts. The belts that we supply are made to suit specific machine sizes in the market. Our use of the name Hashima is only to advise that the belts we make will fit this particular brand of machine and in no way are we advertising our belts are OEM parts. The materials we use are of the highest quality and are high performance grades. The belts are black in colour which is achieved by adding a special additive to the PTFE (also known as Teflon) liquid prior to coating on the glass fibre. The glass fibre forms the main structure of the belt and this is the part that is woven as a tube to create a belt that has no seam. The seamless belt ensures there will be no mark off on to delicate products when being heat laminated.

Our over liner is made using a super duty PTFE coated fiberglass. This is thicker than the liner offered by Lakeland and Aldi. The benefit to this is that the oven liner will last longer giving you value for money. The great feature about our liner is that it will catch any spills or splashes from boiled over food and can easily be wiped cleaned with soapy water. Please ensure the liner in your oven is cool before doing this! The non-stick liner will operate at a constant temperature of 260 degree C which is higher than the maximum temperature of most domestic ovens. 45HD is a fiber glass fabric with a formulated silicone rubber compound coating. Widely used as an insulating material for pipes, valves, tanks and other high temperature plant equipment. Manufactured for use in harsh environments it is not affected by oil and chemicals whilst providing excellent tear and abrasion resistance.
The material both insulates from the cold and also prevents potential burns from exposed high temperature pipework, valves and other components.
